1. Who we are

GeoAIVO ("we", "us") operates geoaivo.com, a China AI-visibility measurement platform and related services. For any privacy request, contact privacy@geoaivo.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email and avatar from Google sign-in, or email for magic-link sign-in.
• Brand & audit data — brand names, categories, competitors and websites you enter, and the audit results we generate.
• Payment data — processed by Cryptomus; we store only order id, amount, currency and status. We never see your wallet keys.
• Technical data — IP, browser, and a session cookie required to keep you signed in.

3. How we use it

To provide audits and services, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send service and renewal emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Third parties

We share data only with processors needed to run the service: Google (sign-in), Cryptomus (payments), our email provider, our cloud host, and the Chinese AI engines we query on your behalf (we send your test questions, never your account data). Public brand names may appear in queries to those engines.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential, http-only session cookie for authentication and a local preference for your language choice. No third-party advertising cookies.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep audit data while your account is active. You may request access, export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We delete account data within 30 days of a verified deletion request.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Passwords (admin) are hashed; API keys are never exposed to the browser.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
